Orders and Deliveries
Here are some questions which might help you know when your order might coming. If you have other questions, please just send it to orders@barakah.sg
Your order will take 1 to 4 working days to be processed. (Upon collection by courier, notification will be sent and order will reach within 1-2 working days.)
Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm from collection date except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Orders after 8am will consider tomorrow collection (cut-off 8am).
For frozen product orders, kindly ensure there’s someone at home to receive the orders once ready to ship with same day delivery. Notification will be provided through email.
Purchased items will be left at the doorstep of the customer’s shipping address if there is no one to receive the items upon delivery. Photo proof will be provided. Al Barakah shall not be held responsible for any lost purchase.
We usually apply a delivery fee starting from $10 for orders below $59. Currently we are happy to waive delivery fees for any orders higher than $59.
For orders exceeding 15kg, there will be an additional charge of $2 for every subsequent 15kg.
Timing request will be additional charges $5 (base on availability).
CBD addresses includes the following postal codes:

There is NO delivery to all CBD addresses.

- Jurong Island
- Cargo Agent Complex
- Tuas, Keppel Distripark
- PSA Distripark
- Freight Forwarder
- Onboard Vessel
- Shipyard areas
- Yacht Clubs
- Government-restricted areas
- Sentosa Island
- Changi Airport
- Orchard (Town Area)
Any cancellation or change of delivery address upon courier collection, there will be surcharge of $10.
For deliveries that are not delivered due to other circumstances, customers are liable to pay an extra $10 after the first try.
In the event that the delivered package is damaged upon receiving.
You may return to our courier immediately or contact our customer service for more details.

We can deliver your order to any address within Singapore mainland. We do not offer deliveries to Sentosa/Tuas/Changi Airport or any other Islands outside of Singapore.
We are currently working on packages to be delivered internationally and we will update when the service is available.
At the moment, we regret that we deliver only within Singapore.
Should we find that there is increasing demand for deliveries outside of Singapore, we will certainly find a way to expand our delivery service. Feel free to share your feedback with us.
