- For relieve of contispation, kids can take 21 seeds of raisins soaked for half an hour in a glass and drink while adults can take 5 seeds of raisins soaked or crushed in a glass and drink twice a day, mornig and evening.
- Untuk merawat sembelit, kanak-kanak boleh ambil 21 biji kismis direndamkan dalam cawan selama setengah jam dan minum sementara dewasa boleh ambil 5 biji kismis direndam atau dihancurkan dalam cawan dan diminum dua kali sehari pagi dan petang.

- -1-7 years old 7 Raisins twice a day
- -7 years old and above 11 Raisins twice a day
- -Student 7 Raisins thrice a day
- -Pregnant Moms 10 Raisins twice a day

We usually apply a delivery fee starting from $10 for orders below $59. Currently we are happy to waive delivery fees for any orders higher than $59.

Timing request will be additional charges $5 (base on availability).
For orders exceeding 15kg, there will be an additional charge of $2 for every subsequent 15kg.
Our deliveries are available from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm.
Orders after 8 am will consider tomorrow collection (cut-off 8 am).
Orders will be delivered within 1 to 4 working days from the date collected exclude Weekends & Public Holiday.
For frozen product orders, kindly ensure there’s someone at home to receive the orders within 1 to 4 working days from 10 am to 7 pm.
There will be NO deliveries or collections of parcels on Weekends and Public Holiday.
For Self-Collection, please do bear in mind that processing the order still takes 1 working day, and our daily cut off time is 8am. Any orders after will be considered the next working day's order. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
