What it is :
Knee & Joint Complex is a special formulation of effective ingredients that support movement, formation of joints and encourages healthy joint function. It is made up of active ingredients that react fast in supporting healthy food that is required by joints.
What it does :
- Glucosamine is a natural component produced by the body and is mainly found in cartilages where it assumes an important role in maintaining healthy joints.
- MSM or originally known as Methyl-sufonyl-methane, is an organic sulphur mixture that is obtained through the water cycle.
- Chondroitin sulfate is an ingredient found naturally in the body, playing an important role in the formation of cartilage and repairing damaged cartilage. It also act as an ‘absorber’ for the cartilage because it absorbs liquids to keep the elasticity during joint movement.
- Flaxseed contains high Omega-3 fatty acids. It is especially good for those who experience inflammatory disorder including rheumatoid arthritis.
- Collagen helps to relieve pain and friction in the joints as it naturally builds cartilage.

Timing request will be additional charges $5 (base on availability).
For orders exceeding 15kg, there will be an additional charge of $2 for every subsequent 15kg.
Our deliveries are available from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm.
Orders after 8 am will consider tomorrow collection (cut-off 8 am).
Orders will be delivered within 1 to 4 working days from the date collected exclude Weekends & Public Holiday.
For frozen product orders, kindly ensure there’s someone at home to receive the orders within 1 to 4 working days from 10 am to 7 pm.
There will be NO deliveries or collections of parcels on Weekends and Public Holiday.
For Self-Collection, please do bear in mind that processing the order still takes 1 working day, and our daily cut off time is 8am. Any orders after will be considered the next working day's order. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
