What it is :
Arabic gum known as dietary fiber, often referred to as Acacia Gum or Acacia Fiber, in the food or pharmaceutical industry world, the name Arabic is best known as emulsifier with E414 code. But the Arabs in Africa and the Arabian peninsula know more about this product as Arabic Gum (or Samghu 'Arabi in Arabic). Perhaps most of the Arabs, if not all, do not know what Acacia Gum is.
Gum Arabs are derived from Acacia tree sap hardened into a crystalline resin. This hard rubber is extracted from the stems and branches of this tree. The best quality is available in the western part of Sudan. Arabic Gum is colorless, fragile and has no strong taste.
There are 2 types of Arabic gums, namely Acacia Senegal and Acacia Seyal. Acacia Senegal, also known as Hashab in Sudan, is of the best kind. All Arabic gum based foods use Arab Hashab glue because it is brighter and the soluble fiber content is higher.

Our deliveries are available from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm.
Orders after 8 am will consider tomorrow collection (cut-off 8 am).
Orders will be delivered within 1 to 4 working days from the date collected exclude Weekends & Public Holiday.
For frozen product orders, kindly ensure there’s someone at home to receive the orders within 1 to 4 working days from 10 am to 7 pm.
There will be NO deliveries or collections of parcels on Weekends and Public Holiday.
For Self-Collection, please do bear in mind that processing the order still takes 1 working day, and our daily cut off time is 8am. Any orders after will be considered the next working day's order. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
